FAQs

What are the advantages of having a destination wedding?
Destinations weddings offer a unique and beautiful backdrop for your nuptials. It offers a stress- free environment for you and your guests, especially at an all-inclusive resort where things like meals and entertainment are taken care of. Your guests can also choose to arrive early or extend their stay, giving them more time to enjoy the destination.
-
How far in advance should I plan?
At least 12 months out is recommended. That being said, there have been weddings planned with much shorter notice. The key to getting the best rates and availability at the resort is to plan early.

Why should my guests book through you instead of booking the hotel themselves?
-
Discounted Rates: This can make accommodations more affordable for your guests, encouraging more people to attend. Your guests will enjoy a simplified process by booking into a room block that I have helped secure at a locked-in, negotiated rate.
-
Centralized Assistance: Your guests will have a central point of contact to answer all travel related questions and this will also ensure that they are booked to the right resort, on the right dates.
-
Guaranteed room availability: By reserving a block of rooms, you ensure that your guests have a place to stay, even during peak travel times or busy seasons. This is especially important for destination weddings where accommodations may be limited.
